Product Terms
- Product Quality
- Our honey, beeswax, etc., are natural and sourced directly from trusted beekeepers to ensure purity.
- We adhere to strict quality control standards to offer premium honey without added preservatives, artificial flavors, or chemicals.
- Consumption Advice
- Store the honey in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight to maintain its quality.
- Natural honey may crystallize over time. You can restore it to liquid form by placing the jar in warm water using double boiler method.
- Allergy Disclaimer
- Some individuals may be allergic to honey or pollen residues present in natural honey and related products. Please consult with a healthcare professional if you have known allergies.
- Shelf Life
- Honey has an extended shelf life and can remain safe for consumption if stored properly. However, we recommend consuming it within 12-24 months from the date of purchase for optimal freshness and flavor.
- Other products (example: Honey Transparent Balls should be consumed with in 7-15 days) shelf life will vary.
- Product Images and Representation
- The images of products displayed on our website are for illustrative purposes only. While we strive to ensure accuracy, actual products may vary in appearance due to differences in lighting, screen resolutions, and natural variations in materials.
- Product Sizes and Dimensions
- All sizes and dimensions mentioned are approximate and provided for reference only. Variations may occur due to the handmade or natural characteristics of certain products.
Product Warranty
- Warranty Coverage
- Our products are covered under a quality assurance guarantee. If the product is defective or does not meet the described standards (such as leakage or spoilage), you may request a replacement or refund.
- Warranty Period
- Warranty claims can be initiated within 2 days of receiving the product. Claims beyond this period may not be honored unless the issue was reported within the eligible timeframe.
- Conditions for Replacement or Refund
- The product must be unused and returned in the original packaging.
- If the product was damaged during transit, please contact our customer support immediately, along with photographs of the damaged item.
- Refunds or replacements will be processed only after verification by our quality control team.
- Non-Eligibility for Warranty
- Any claims arising from improper storage or mishandling by the user are not covered under this warranty.
- Minor crystallization or color or taste changes over time or batches are natural characteristics of honey and do not constitute a defect.
Return and Refund Policy

- Returns will only be accepted if the product is found to be defective or damaged on delivery.
- The request for return or refund must be raised within 2 days of receipt.
- Refund Process
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 working days and credited to the original payment method, may take more time depending on the payment gateway.
Shipping Policy
- Products will be shipped via registered courier services or our person within 3-7 days of order confirmation.
- You will receive an email confirmation with the tracking details once the product is dispatched.
- Delivery Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services. However, we will assist with tracking any delayed shipments.
